This Spring we were fortunate enough to have donated to the Museum, a stool which was used on a canal boat and a historic photograph of a Steam Tug Boat with an accompanying article which tells of its story on the Susquehanna.  Both were donated by Ms. Ruth S. Fender, whose grandparents met while working on a canal boat which ran from Nanticoke, P.A. to Havre de Grace, he as a mule driver and she as a cook ages 16 and 15 respectively.
